Disable user access to whiteboard.webex.com
You can turn off users' ability to access whiteboards in their web browser.
By default, users' ability to log in to whiteboard.webex.com is turned on. To turn it off, complete the following steps.

Sign in to Control Hub, then under Services, select Messaging. |

Under , turn on Restrict external file sharing. |

Turn off Allow file preview, download, and upload for Whiteboards and Annotations. This turns off users' ability to log in to whiteboard.webex.com. Users won't be able to access whiteboards in their web browser. For more information about whiteboard.webex.com, see Webex Whiteboards. |
